There area few things to keep in mind when returning a product:
- Only items that have been purchased directly from HOBOTECH can be returned.
- You must have your receipt present.
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged for open items.
There are some items that are ineligible for return:
- Opened software*
- Safeware Product Protection*
*You can return these products, provided that the software license has not been revealed.
All defective Apple products, accessories, and headphones will be exchanged for the same product pending in-store availability.
